This property is a converted carthouse adjoining a farm house. It has one entrance off the farmyard. There is ample space for parking. There is a step of 94cm width, 17cm high from the yard through a gate into cottage patio area.
The garden is on two levels, with four stone steps leading from one to the other. There is a gravel path (80cm-175cm width) around the garden.
The ground floor is made up of one room, which is uncluttered and spacious. The staircase is opposite the front door; width 58cm, handrail 90cm high. The main bedroom is at the top of the stairs, toilet/shower room on same level on the left. The second twin bedroom is on a different level, it is up two steps which are 20cm high. Toilet/shower room: We intend to put a handrail in place ASAP.
The walls are mainly pastel (main bedroom is bright yellow), with white doors and frames, the lighting is good. TV has remote control, there is no telephone, but in the case of emergencies you can use the telephone in the main farmhouse. All electric power points (except for worktop level points in kitchen) are at approx 370mm and light switches at 1450mm.
